Refund Policy

1. Right to Cancel

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the remote professional staffing services provided by HYPR Staffing, you have the right to cancel your subscription within seven (7) calendar days from the date of enrollment. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing via email at info@propertyremotestaffing.com or through our customer support portal within the specified seven-day period. 2. Refund Procedure

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will review your account to ensure it meets the criteria for refund eligibility. To complete your refund, we may require additional information, including but not limited to a receipt or proof of enrollment.


If your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of approval and will be issued back to the original method of payment used during the initial transaction.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

- The cancellation request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of enrollment.

- The remote professional staffing services have not been extensively utilized or completed during the seven-day cancellation period.

- The cancellation request complies with the terms outlined in this policy.


4. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain services may be deemed non-refundable. These may include, but are not limited to:

- Any additional services, deposits or add-ons purchased in conjunction with the remote professional staffing services package.

- Services that have been fully utilized or completed within the seven-day cancellation period.


5. Deposit for Final Month of Service

Upon cancellation, any initial deposit paid at the time of enrollment will be retained by HYPR Staffing and applied towards your final month of service. No additional charges will be incurred for the final month covered by the deposit.


6. Exclusions

This Right to Cancel & Refund Policy does not apply to:

- Services provided on a customized or bespoke basis, tailored specifically to the client's requirements.

- Services purchased through third-party vendors or partners, which are subject to their respective refund policies.
